Returns and exchange details

Our listings will always provide a detailed description of the item(s) offered for sale, including color, condition, and dimensions. Every effort is made to accurately describe and photograph the items offered for sale. Color may vary slightly due to the lighting conditions used when photographing the items or the computer monitor used to view the photograph. 

Refunds (minus shipping charges) gladly accepted for 7 days after items arrive.

FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN NOT BE REFUNDED: 

• All Rhinestone products  (Buttons, Chains, trims, Appliques, embellishments, loose rhinestones, charms,  are final sales and are non-refundable. Please note that all our Rhinestone products are made of Authentic Rhinestones and thus may display some minor tone variances between some of the rocks, this is not a defect but a natural occurrence which is non-existent in fabricated or synthetic rhinestone products.

• Authentic Vintage items. These items are sought after and purchased as is and are offered at a reasonable price. 

• Exclusive items to Bella Vista Marketplace

• Digital Items

• Items that are stated Limited quantity and no longer can be re-ordered. 

 

NO RETURNS ACCEPTED after 7 days..Items must be in resalable condition, in original protective packaging, and shipped back at the buyer’s expense.

A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE ASSESSED ON ALL RETURNS. This fee covers packaging materials, PayPal fees, and time spent processing your order.

When returning items, please add insurance to the package as we can't be responsible for any packages lost in transit!! Paypal recommends delivery confirmation so they can track returns. 

In order to receive a refund, the item(s) must be received in its original condition and packaging. Any items damaged or altered by the customer are not eligible for a refund. In certain circumstances, we may require photos to be taking of the condition of the package for insurance purposes.. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: the original shipping charges you paid when purchasing the item(s) and the postage for returning the item to us will NOT be refunded. Any refund/credit will only apply to merchandise.
